Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and listing creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Properties listed must be real, available, and described accurately. We reserve the right to remove any listing that contains false information, inappropriate content, or violates our community standards.
If applicable, fees for posting or featuring properties are non-refundable once the service has been rendered (i.e., the property is published). Admin reserves the right to change fee structures with prior notice.
To-Let Seba is a platform that facilitates connections between owners and tenants. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from agreements made between users outside our platform.
